Paddle Fit consists of a 15 minute warm-up paddle out to our secluded mangrove destination, 30 minute workout routine, and 15 minute cool-down paddle back to our launch beach. The workout routine includes: vigorous strength training routines, Pilates and Yoga inspired exercises, and dynamic poses and stretches. Paddle board fitness promotes a combination of core strengthening, resistance training, cardio conditoning, strength training, coordination and balance control. While experiencing the beautiful paradise that surrounds the 10,000 islands you will get a great workout for your core, arms, legs, and rear. The key to exercising on a regular basis is finding ways to make it fun and enjoyable, which in turn provides us with the motivation and results that we love!

With 7 years of experience as a personal trainer/ fitness instructor and nine years of experience working in the athletic field Bre's passion for teaching seemed like a natural step to instruct SUP fitness classes with Endless Summer Adventures. Her experience ranges from gym to clinical settings. Bre has trained in physical therapy practices, country clubs, local gyms, in-home settings, and aquatic studios. Bre's goal is to provide her clients with the knowledge and motivation necessary to obtain real results.
